Liquid incense, often called herbal liquid or herbal e-liquid, is often a concentrated method of herbal extracts which can be vaporized and inhaled. It is usually made out of a mixture of natural herbs, vegetation, and botanicals infused with synthetic cannabinoids or other psychoactive substances.
